1. Hinge Installation:
Install Hinge in normal manner with the tension adjustment up (Tension adjuster at the top).
2. Adjusting the Spring Torque:
A. Place the door in the closed position.
B. Insert Hex wrench in the hole on top of the barrel. (see FIGURE 1)
C. Rotate Hex wrench clockwise to tension spring.
D. Insert tension locking screw
E. Remove Hex wrench and check the door for closing force. If desired closing force is not achieved repeat steps A to E until the closing force is satisfactory.
