""Fantastic service. The man helped us decide on one and we ordered around 20 in total all different sizes. We got a call about a week later that they were ready to pick up. I ended up changing my mind on one of the handles because I realised I ordered the wrong size so I called them back before pick up and they were happy to change it and order that extra one for no extra charge. The handles look and feel fantastic, I can’t wait until our house is ready to put them on! Show room is organised and tidy also. Would definitely recommend and buy again""

""Variety of handles is great. I chose handles that matched my new kitchen at a great price & service & knowledge of the products was fantastic. My friends have all commented on how good the handles look.""

""I bought a single cylinder pull handle for my entrance door from Lock and Handle Centre. It was shipped and I received it in Sydney within few days, very good quality. It came in double cylinder though. I called Mark and he was super nice over the phone and posted me a replacement single cylinder insert with a knob the same day with express post. I should say I was really impressed with their after sale service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work."

"Gold standard customer service. We were ordering handles and mortice locks. Grant was SO helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. The staff go out of their way to answer questions and explain the product and make sure you are fully informed when you purchase. They provide swift and reliable service and really nail a great customer experience. I will always come back to lock & Handle, they are trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with the customer experience. I feel confident when I am making decisions and a purchase that they really care about the experience and providing a solution - and that is what it is all about. Thankyou for your help."
